Q: Which channels can the software manage the sales ?
For Amazon and Flipkart the sales process is automatic, for other channels like Snapdeal, Paytm, Shopclues, ebay, Myntra, Tatacliq , etc.
For Amazon the payment are handled via api and for other channels you need to download their payment files settlementwise in case some channels would have express in positive then the user needs to chnage the positive figure to -ve before uploading the file.
We have kept a setting table for each type of import where you can map the header name with the new format. Once this mapping is done than it will automatically upload as per that format.
Software can handle the Sales,Return,Payment,Expenses Orederidwise and for Amazon the software can also handle replacement and reimbursements.
Our Software at present is compatiable with Tally .ERP9 Software.
It will take almost 20 Minutes to setup the Software after installion for each channel. But how much time it takes for preparation of ItemMaster in Excel format will depend on you as this has to be prepared by you. The data will take one day for fetching through aPI after all the setup is done.
